All cancellations with less than 12 hours notice, will be charged up to 50% of the consultation fee. Patients that do not show up to appointments without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.

Same or next day appointments are usually available on phoning the clinic. Bring any referral letters or test results along with you. Please give 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or a 50% cancellation fee may be charged.

We are WorkCover, DVA & TAC approved. Patients under Veterans' Affairs are not liable for any out of pocket expense.

You might be covered for treatment under Medicare. Patients with chronic, complex conditions may be referred by their General Practitioner for osteopathic treatment through Medicare under an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan. Medicare offers to cover 5 osteopathic treatments a year for eligible patients. Ask your GP about obtaining an EPC referral for osteopathic treatment (code 10966).
